Our Cancelation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancelations and any changes to your appointment. This includes changes to the services you have booked.

Cancelations within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% charge of your treatment booking, and failure to arrive to your appointment will result in 100% charge of your treatment booking.

If 48 hours notice is not given or you do not show up to your appointment you will be required to pay for your next appointment in full at the time of booking in advance.

Running Late for your appointment?

To ensure a smooth running service for all of our clients, appointments that start later due to clients running late will still finish at their scheduled time, resulting in a shorter appointment. We will always endeavour to provide a high quality service and an enjoyable treatment experience within the time given.

Need to make a change to your appointment?

We’ve booked out the perfect amount of time to perform your treatments and services to our usual high standards. If you wish to change the treatment or service you’ve booked, including removing or add ons, we require 48 hours notice.

Asking us to make changes to your booked treatments or services on arrival will be subject to our standard Cancellation Policy.

In this instance, if you opt to remove treatments or reduce the overall value of your booking, you may still be charged the full value of the booking.

We ask you to be mindful of our cancellation policy.

Whilst it is a luxury service for you, it is our livelihood.

We always ensure you receive a reminder via text and email 48 hours prior to your appointment, please ensure we have your most up to date contact details.
