Led by Jude Bale, UK Ambassador for Sens.ùs Colour, the Halo hair team offer a superior standard of professional colour, cut and hair care services. Every member of our team is trained under the Halo Academy, a recognised college within the hair industry, who will listen carefully to your needs and assess your features, skin tone, eye colour, hair texture and lifestyle.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may be asked to provide your card details upon booking. Any appointments cancelled will less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
SKIN TESTING POLICY
Ahead of colour treatments, you will be asked to update your skin test or attend the salon for a skin test 48 hours before your appointment. This is a legal requirement. Unfortunately, we will not be able to honour your booking if this is not complete.
Please be aware that Halo cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal belongings while on the premises. We kindly ask clients to keep all valuables and personal items with them during their appointments, rather than leaving them in coat pockets or unattended.
Although every effort is made to protect your clothing during colour and chemical services, we recommend that you do not wear designer, delicate or valuable clothing or jewellery, as Halo will not be held liable for any damage or staining that may occur.
